Hygienic but bad for knives

It is a good shopping board indeed and hygienic. But you end up with blunt knives very soon. My high quality meet cutting knife went blunt in a single use while it also scratch the stainless steel. I find it more useful for rolling chapatis and cleaning fish then for actual chopping.

Good, sturdy, lightweight chopping board.

It's a good chopping board. I have used it for few days only but it seems scratch resistant. Easy to clean but you must wipe it dry before storing. Material is fine. Size is ok. Liked it.
